थालीपीठ भाजणी पासून थालीपीठ कृती -
• लसूण, हिरवी आणि जिरे बारीक करून ठेचा करा
• परातीत थालीपीठ भाजणी, तयार ठेचा, मीठ, हळद, कोथिंबीर, बारीक चिरलेला कांदा, तीळ, ओवा घालून पाणी घालून सरसरीत पीठ भिजवावे.
• यामध्ये तुम्ही तुमच्या आवडीच्या भाज्या किसून / चिरून घालू शकता.
• आता स्वच्छ सुती कापड पाण्यात बुडवून पोळपाटावर ठेवा, त्यावर तयार पिठाचा लहान उंडा ठेवा, पाण्यात हात बुडवून थालीपीठ सगळीकडून एकसारखे थापून घ्या. मध्ये बोटाने ३-४ छिद्र करा.
• थालीपीठ भाजणे - तवा गरम झाला कि तेल सोडून, थालीपीठाचे कापड एका बाजूने उचलून तव्यावर थालीपीठ टाका, रुमाल काढून घ्या.
• थालीपिठाला वरून थोडे पाणी लावून झाकून ठेवा, मंद आचेवर मिनिटभर भाजा.
Thalipeeth Recipe-
• Crush garlic, green chillies, and cumin together.
• In a mixing bowl, add thalipith bhajani (flour mix), the crushed paste, salt, turmeric, coriander, finely chopped onion, sesame seeds, and ajwain. Add water and knead a loose/soft dough.
• You may add grated or finely chopped vegetables of your choice.
• Dip a clean cotton cloth in water and place it on a rolling board. Put a small dough ball on it and, with wet hands, pat it evenly into a flat round. Make 3–4 holes in the center with your finger.
• To roast: Heat a pan, drizzle a little oil, lift the cloth from one side, and place the thalipeeth on the pan. Remove the cloth.
• Apply a little water on top, cover, and cook on low heat for a minute.
• Remove the lid and cook the thalipeeth on high heat until fully roasted. While roasting, apply a little oil or ghee.
