Saritas Kitchen Chakali Bhajani | चकली भाजणी

चकली भाजणी पासून चकली -
वजनी प्रमाण - १ किलो भाजणी, ९० ग्राम खाद्यतेल, तीळ, ओवा, तिखट, मीठ आवडीप्रमाणे. 
वाटीचे प्रमाण - ४ वाटी भाजणी, पाव वाटी खाद्यतेल, तीळ, ओवा, तिखट, मीठ आवडीप्रमाणे.
कृती -
चकली भाजणी एका परातीत काढा, तेल कडकडीत गरम करून भाजणीवर ओता, चमच्याने मिसळा व नंतर हाताने भाजणीला चांगले चोळून लावा.
आता तिखट, मीठ, तीळ, ओवा घालून कडकडीत गरम पाणी घालून चमच्याने मिसळून पीठ ओलावून घ्या व १० मिनिटे झाकून ठेवा.
१० मिनिटांनी, कोमट पाण्यात हात घेऊन पीठ घट्ट मळून घ्या.
साच्यात मावेल एवढे पीठ काढून उरलेले झाकून ठेवा, व चांगले मळून घ्या, पीठ पातळ नसावे.
साच्यात भरून चकली पाडा, व तेल तापवून चकली मध्यम आचेवर तळून घ्या.

सूचना-
चकलीचे पीठ अति घट्ट असेल तर चकलीचे तुकडे होतात
चकलीचे पीठ पातळ झाल्यास काटे येत नाहीत व चकली तळून कडक होते
तेलाचे मोहन जास्त झाल्यास चकली तेल पीठे किंवा तेलात विरघळते
चकली तळताना तेल नीट तापले असावे, व तळताना गॅस मध्यम ठेवावा
